Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with promotional events, customer engagement activities, event organization, and daily event operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating details, interacting with people, and gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Help organize event schedules, materials, displays, and supplies.
• Support event setup, operation, and breakdown.
• Welcome attendees and help create a positive event experience.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers during events.
• Identify customer needs and provide helpful information.
• Assist with promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
• Support lead generation and customer follow-up activities.
• Maintain organized event areas and promotional displays.
• Communicate event needs and customer feedback to team members.
• Coordinate with coworkers to ensure event activities run smoothly.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, organized, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and the public.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an active environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated.
• Previous event, hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
