We’re hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to support two nearby residential communities. This is a live on position with a free apartment and employer paid health and dental insurance .

You’ll handle apartment turns, resident work orders, preventive maintenance, and repairs that keep both communities running smoothly. You’ll also help with grounds and property upkeep and travel between the two properties as needed.

• Complete resident work orders promptly and provide excellent customer service.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other apartment systems.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move in, including repairs, cleaning, and final inspections.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine property inspections.
• Handle drywall, carpentry, doors, windows, fixtures, drains, leaks, outlets, and switches.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and keep clear records of completed work.
• Maintain supplies and communicate with residents, vendors, and the property team.

• HVAC certification required
• At least 3 years of apartment maintenance, general maintenance, or handyman experience
• Experience with apartment turns, work orders, and property upkeep
• Comfort using hand and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to live onsite in the apartment provided
