Connect the Dots Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned provider of pediatric Occupational, Physical, and Speech therapy, based in Eugene. We're looking for a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Corvallis clinic and provide one-on-one therapy to children from birth to 18 with a range of speech and language disorders.

Pay: Starting at $36.50 per hour, depending on experience

Hours: Full-time or part-time available

Schedule: Flexible hours, Monday through Friday, no nights or weekends

Job Description

You'll provide individualized speech and language therapy to help clients build the communication skills they need, working closely with families every step of the way. Day to day, that looks like:

• Observing and evaluating children to determine their current level of speech function, strengths, and weaknesses
• Developing and implementing individualized Plans of Care
• Providing engaging and effective one-on-one therapy sessions
• Collaborating with caregivers to support home program carryover
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including daily notes, evaluation reports, and progress reports
• Ensuring accurate coding for billing insurance companies
• Following the rules and regulations that keep clients and the practice safe
• Working cooperatively with families, fellow therapists, and other staff members

What we're looking for

• Current Oregon Speech-Language Pathology license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorders or non-verbal children is a plus
• Telehealth experience is a plus
• Ability to interview caregivers, assess the child, and develop a plan of care that meets medical necessity and the needs of the family.
