Practice Front office Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the daily doctor and hygiene schedules efficiently
Confirm appointments and minimize schedule gaps and cancellations
Coordinate treatment scheduling based on production goals and provider availability
Handle incoming calls professionally and convert calls into scheduled appointments
Verify insurance eligibility and communicate estimated patient portions
Follow up with unscheduled treatment and overdue patients
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Communicate effectively with clinical staff regarding schedule flow and patient needs
Assist with patient check-in/check-out when needed
Help maintain office productivity and support overall front office operations
Identify scheduling opportunities and proactively solve problems before they impact the schedule

full-time $35 - $38 per hour

Proficient in all aspects of the front office.

• Basic life support
• Dentrix
• Eaglesoft
• Open Dental
• Other Dental Software

Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience preferred
Strong understanding of PPO insurance and dental terminology
Experience with dental software such as Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Professional appearance and demeanor
Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
