Proactively pitch new CX ideas, backed by a strong, well-articulated rationale* Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, and lo-fi prototypes, with detailed visual design specifications for web and mobile interfaces* Independently deliver UX solutions for problems of large scope and complexity* Be a champion for user-centered design by researching/testing your solutions in front of users* Present design work to UX, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders and executive leadership* Contribute to user experience design guidelines and development best practices and standards at Amazon Design Community* Proactively mentor and lead other designers* Design experiences that balance end-customer needs with dealer/partner requirements in a B2B2C marketplace model* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define advertising integration strategies that enhance the customer experienceAbout the teamThis role is on a team with a vision to create innovative automotive discovery and shopping experiences on Amazon, providing customers better convenience and more selection.
