Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services across both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Evaluate and treat patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Experience working in outpatient and/or inpatient clinical settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a mixed outpatient and inpatient environment
• Strong skills in dysphagia evaluation and treatment
• Ability to adapt quickly to varied patient populations and clinical workflows
