Job Description Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with a welcoming and professional attitude
Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and patient flow
Verify insurance information and process claims
Handle billing, payments, and financial arrangements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in EagleSoft
Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless daily operations
